[Problem] To improve the fit as well as to reliably prevent leakage and cause no sense of leakage insecurity to the wearer. [Solution] A sanitary napkin (1) having a convex part (20) of highly absorbent material formed on the skin side in the widthwise center part of the skin-side surface of an absorbent material (4). This convex part (20) is configured from: a convex front part (24) provided in a region including the body fluid discharge site of the wearer; a convex rear part (25) provided in a region including the buttocks groove of the wearer; and a convex narrow part (23) provided in a region that connects the convex front part (24) and the convex rear part (25) along the longitudinal direction of the napkin, both edges of the convex narrow part (23) narrowing inward. In particular, the convex rear part (25) is provided in a region rearward of the position where the buttocks groove starts on the crotch side of wearer, extending to a position beyond the buttocks groove, the end position of the buttocks groove, or an intermediate position of the buttocks groove. The maximum width of the convex rear part (25) is 20-36 mm, and the maximum width of the convex rear part (25) and width of the convex front part (24) are formed so as to be equal. |
