The present invention pertains to computer tomographic imaging for reconstituting the sectional image of a subject for reproducing the artifact-free sectional image in X-ray CT, the sectional image of the subject being reconstituted by back projection from video data obtained at different projection angles by relative rotation of the subject and an X-ray imaging system. The present invention comprises: using image data obtained at another projection angle (essentially an orthogonal direction) to establish an addition area, rather than uniformly adding values in the projection direction of back projection; and adding values limited to the area. |
