According to an embodiment of the present invention, a power amplifier includes: an amplifying unit including at least one a field effect transistor (FET) which operates by an amplification end to amplify an input signal; and a body control unit controlling a bias voltage of a body terminal of the FET based on a size of energy of the input signal. The body control unit controls the bias voltage of the body terminal as the energy of the input signal is high, thereby improving linearity.
