Provided is an elevator group management control system capable of improving the efficiency of special operations in which cars are caused to move preferentially to indicated destination floors. The elevator group management control system is provided with a hoistway (1A), a retraction space (2A) not included in the service floors, cars (3A, 3B), a special-call registration device (5), and a group management control device (6). The retraction space (2A) is provided at the end section of the hoistway (1A). A car (3A) can be raised and lowered inside the hoistway (1A) and stopped in the retraction space (2A). A car (3B) is independent from the car (3A), and is provided inside the hoistway (1A) farther separated from the retraction space (2A) than the car (3A), and is raised and lowered in the same raising and lowering path as the car (3A). The special-call registration device (5) registers special calls for preferentially stopping a car at an indicated boarding location. When a special call is registered, the group management control device (6) causes the car (3A) to move to the retraction space (2A) and causes the car (3B) to move to the boarding location. |
