PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air quantity control device of an engine which does not give unpleasantness to a user by suppressing the occurrence of striking sound when learning an actuation standard position of a control valve.SOLUTION: In an intake air quantity control device of an engine, a valve guide hole 7 and a measuring hole 10 in which intake air of an engine passes through the valve guide hole 7 are formed on a control base body 5, a control valve 12 which opens and closes the measuring hole 10 is fit to the valve guide hole 7, an output shaft 20b of an electric motor 20 is connected to the control valve 12 via a screw mechanism 25 and standard position regulation means 29a for regulating an actuation standard position A which should be learned through butt actuation by the control valve 12 while arriving at the control base body 5 from a screw shaft 29 of a screw mechanism 25 is provided. Therein, an elastic member 21 which buffers the movement of the control valve 12 just before the standard position regulation means 29a is actuated is provided. |
