PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method of a sensor with a heater which can suppress the generation of an element crack at the inspection of the sensor.SOLUTION: A control device 80 stores a detection value of a NOx sensor 150 when a sensor element is in an activated state by activation energization in an engine stop state to a storage device. Then, after storing the detection value of the NOx sensor 150, electricity-carrying to the heater 150a arranged at the NOx sensor 150 is stopped for a prescribed period of time, and the sensor element is cooled. Next, after the completion of the cooling of the sensor element, the detection value which is stored in the storage device is displayed on a diagnosis tool 500. Then, the presence or absence of an abnormality of the NOx sensor 150 is determined by a maintenance person on the basis of the detection value which is displayed on the diagnosis tool 500, and after the detection value is displayed on the diagnosis tool 500, an engine start by the maintenance person is permitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
