PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture even a single print stamp quickly, inexpensively and easily by controlling a computer and a laser finishing machine integrally thereby integrating block copy forming process and printing plate forming process. SOLUTION: A mechanical drawer 1 comprises an input unit 2, an indicator 3, a memory 4 and a processor 5 wherein the input unit 2 comprises a keyboard, a mouse, and an image scanner for inputting a character data and a figure data including symbols and images constituting a print face. The display 3 comprises a CRT or liquid crystal display for displaying various data on the screen and the memory 4 comprises a hard disc drive or a magnetooptic disc drive and memories for storing a block copy forming program, a figure data and made-up block copy data. The memory 4 can be connected directly with the processor 5.
