PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously produce a laminated sheet by laminating a resin impregnated base material prepared by impregnating a base material with a resin compsn. and a metal foil so that the metal foil is arranged to a surface layer to bond them under pressure by laminating rolls and subsequently heating the pressure bonded object in a heating and curing furnace so that wrinkle like recessed parts are hardly formed to the metal foil on the surface of the obtained laminated sheet. SOLUTION: When a pressure bonded object 15 is heated in a heating and curing furnace 17, it is pressurized between pressure rolls 16, 16 arranged over the entire width of the pressure bonded object 15 so that the parts being in contact with the pressure bonded object 15 of the rolls 16, 16 are rotated in the same direction as the advance direction of the pressure bonded object 15 or passed through the gap between rolls arranged in a zigzag shape under tension to stretch a metal foil 13 in a lateral direction.
