PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal video display system for selecting a video broadcast by a television station desired by a user by using a portable terminal to make the video conveniently and quickly visually recognizable on the portable terminal.SOLUTION: The portable terminal video display system includes: recording means 12, 33 having a recording file for recording a broadcast program broadcast by a television broadcasting station; meta data storage means 15 having a meta data file for storing meta data corresponding to the video recorded by the recording means 12, 33; and a portable terminal 13 capable of performing access via a wide area communication network 16 to the recording file and the meta data file. The portable terminal 13 displays the meta data stored in the meta data file on a display 17, and when a user selects the meta data displayed on the display 17, performs access to the recording file, and acquires the video corresponding to the meta data selected from the recording file of the recording means 12, 33, and displays the video on the display 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
