PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide site information about a plurality of Web sites desired by a user, without making a mobile communication terminal access the plurality of Web sites. SOLUTION: On the basis of a telephone number received from a cell phone, a site information providing device 20 extracts user information that matches the telephone number from a user information database 2A. On the basis of the user information extracted, the device extracts site information IDs that match the user information from a site information ID database 2B. On the basis of the plurality of site information IDs extracted, the device extracts pieces of site information that match the site information IDs from a site information database 2C. On the basis of the plurality of pieces of site information extracted, the device creates a site information list screen and sends the screen to the cell phone that matches the telephone number.
