PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an inter-vehicle communication system for preventing any contact accident between a vehicle and a person. SOLUTION: A first sensor is configured as a sensor at a sidewalk side at the time of parking a vehicle on a road, and second and third sensors are configured as sensors at a driveway side at the time of parking a vehicle on a road. When the first sensor detects the approach of an object(pedestrian) and then the second sensor detects the approach of the object(pedestrian) within a predetermined time and the third sensor detects the approach of an object(other vehicle), this alarm transmits information to call an attention to the other vehicle. Also, it is desired not only to transmit the information to call an attention to the other vehicle but also to turn his or her attention to a person.
