PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that an end plate does not become deformed, even when it is stored for a long time by eliminating a residual stress caused by injection-molding the end plate. SOLUTION: The method is for manufacturing an end plate which makes a circulatory flowing roller flow circulating. The end plate is of a U-shape whose center area is a connection part, with a side arm formed on both sides of the U-shape, and fits into a rail of a linear guide way. In addition, the method comprises a process to prepare a mold having an outline of the end plate of a U-shape formed thereon and an outline of a rib connecting two side arms together between the two side arms of the outline of the end plate, a process to inject a material into the mold, a process to draw a pattern, and a process to cut the rib after a lapse of specified time.
