PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein capacities between cells are not uniform even after finishing the capacity adjustment of the cell when each current consumption between a plurality of cell controllers differs from one another, and to provide a capacity adjusting device of a battery pack that makes uniform the capacities between the cells after the capacity adjustment by taking into account the difference of each current consumption of a plurality of current consumption apparatuses that operate by voltages of specified cells as voltage sources. SOLUTION: A capacity variation amount between the cells is detected, and electric charges of the cells are discharged on the basis of the detected capacity variation amount and the current consumption between the cell controllers with the voltages of the specified cells as the voltage sources.
