PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving picture processor which easily determines an editing point while giving priority to a sound, and also to provide a program thereof. SOLUTION: In moving picture editing mode, a user selects moving picture data and when an arbitrary moving picture frame in the selected moving picture data is selected (Y at S10), the moving picture frame is displayed (S11). Then when the frame is displayed for a predetermined time (Y at S9), an operation to repeatedly reproduce audio within a range determined by the position of audio corresponding to the selected moving picture frame on a time base, and a repeated reproduction time and a repeated reproduction direction set by a user at a repeated reproduction speed set by the user is started (S12).
