PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to the healthy development of a game industry in general by detecting the overflow of a stack area, taking a required measure such as the stoppage of a program and enabling judgement of propriety by an external device. SOLUTION: In the case that the address range of a use inhibition area is accessed, intentional overflow is detected and an arithmetic processing means 201 is reset. Also, in response to a game program request command from the external device, a game program stored in a nonvolatile storage means 202 is transferred to the external device.
