PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head having a wide printing width, a high mechanical strength while the size of the short side of a substrate is suppressed small, and nozzles with different delivering amounts and different arranging densities. SOLUTION: The inkjet recording head has a plurality of feeding openings offset-arranged. Among regions positioned on both ends of the long side of these feeding openings, in a region having a large distance from a tip edge, a plurality of heaters with high arranging densities, a MOS transistor driving these heaters and the like are arranged, and in a region having a small distance from the tip edge, a plurality of heaters with low arranging densities, a MOS transistor driving these heaters and the like are arranged.
