PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system which explains a function and an operation by a remote control without permitting an access to a data and an individual information in a self terminal from other terminals even in the case that a user customization is being conducted. SOLUTION: When a mobile terminal apparatus receives the remote control by a key operation (step S1), it judges whether a process corresponding to the remote control is permitted for setting a security or not (step S2). In the case that the process corresponding to the remote control is permitted, the mobile terminal apparatus executes the process (step S3).
