<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access permission information generation system and an access permission information generation program, capable of imparting the access right to each document file while holding a high security level with easy operation. <P>SOLUTION: A document display device has a non-contact transmission/reception part, and an information reader has an information reading means and an information transmission means.
