<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide paper for information by which insufficiency of ink density and unevenness of inking on the front or back surface requiring the printing of a visual information by a printing means are improved, and occurrence of picking trouble at offset printing is suppressed, and in which inlets are mixed at papermaking. <P>SOLUTION: The paper for the information is obtained by forming a pigment layer at least on one surface of a base paper in which semiconductor chips (inlets) having antenna wirings are mixed at the papermaking so as to be read by a reader.
