<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display controller etc., capable of improving visibility of a display device when a movement of the display device is detected. <P>SOLUTION: When vibrations of an electronic wrist watch are not detected, end parts of a time display part 4a serves as non-display areas and time information is displayed in a normal display area of the time display part 4a other than the non-display areas (a).
