PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion capable of easily changing the properties of respective air cells according to the body weight and the shape of the buttock of a sitter, an air cell displacement regulation band, and a displacement regulation method of the air cell. SOLUTION: One air cell displacement regulation band 30 is removably wound around the outer peripheral face of an air cell group composed of a plurality of air cells B adjacent to each other of the respective air cells 20; the other air cell displacement regulation band 30 is removably wound around the outer peripheral face of an air cell group composed of a plurality of air cells C adjacent to each others of the respective air cells 20; the respective air cell displacement regulation bands 30 regulate the displacement in a horizontal direction of the respective air cells B, C constituting the respective air cell groups, so that the properties of the respective air cells B, C constituting the respective air cell groups can be changed only by winding the respective air cell regulation bands 30.
