Preservative cosmetic composition comprising electrolytic colloidal silver

A preservative composition for cosmetic products which comprises 5 to 15% by weight of glycerin with respect to the weight of the cosmetic product, 0.01 to 0.5% by weight of chelating compound with respect to the weight of the cosmetic product, a dynamic buffer for keeping the pH around 4.50-6.00, and further comprising 0.1 to 1 ppm of electrolytic colloidal silver with respect to the cosmetic product. A cosmetic product is also provided which comprises the preservative composition described herein.
