PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinal implant having a guiding rail for cooperating with an insertion instrument, and methods associated with implanting the implant.SOLUTION: A prosthetic intervertebral spacer 10 comprises: a body 12 having a front end 14, a rear end 16, an anterior side 18, a posterior side 20, a top surface 22, and a bottom surface 24; and an arcuate interface 26 extending away from the body and being connected to the rear end and the posterior side of the body.
