摘要 FIELD: metal processing.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of substances surface using plasma. Method of processing surface of object containing rubber material, namely diaphragm for use in vehicle tire production. Method involves step on which surface is treated with gas at low pressure, at which gas enters in formation of plasma and cause formation of plasma gas. To obtain specified quality of rubber material surface pushing fluoride gas is used, such as tetrafluoromethane or hexafluoroethane. Preferably, treatment is carried out until obtaining rubber material surface layer having changed properties alternated by treatment, which has putative life corresponding to intended service life of object, which corresponds to curing of 500 objects.EFFECT: technical result achieved when using method according to invention consists in change of surface of diaphragms and other objects with rubber material in processing of them with plasma and wherein rubber surfaces are given high quality of repulsion in contact with other materials.9 cl, 1 dwg
