Disclosed are a method of accessing information of a mobile terminal and a related device. The method comprises: acquiring first access information and second access information; if the first access information and the second access information are both valid, re-acquiring the first access information, and if the re-acquired first access information is valid, entering a first user mode permitting access to all information of the mobile terminal; and if the first access information is not valid but the second access information is valid, or the first access information and the second access information are both valid but the re-acquired first access information acquired is not valid, entering a second user mode permitting access to information of the mobile terminal other than private information. |
