PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a charge amount of toner.SOLUTION: A charge member 50 comprises an auger screw 51 that is formed into a spiral shape along a rotation axis. The charge member 50 is configured to agitate toner to be supplied from a toner cartridge by the spiral shape auger screw 51, and preliminarily charges the toner to be supplied to a surface of a toner supply roller 13 due to a friction in abuttance of the auger screw 51 with the toner supply roller 13 when the charge member rotates, to negative potential. A doctor blade 43 is attached to a developing roller 12 to regulate a layer of the toner to be conveyed as being rotated at a fixed thickness, and again charges the toner due to the friction with the developing roller 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
