PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate while assigning the processing capacity of a processor for the plug-in arranged in a slot laconically, and to change the arrangement of the plug-in for the slot, while suppressing the impact on the signal processing under execution.SOLUTION: When calling a prestored preset (b), a first slot where the plug-in arranged at that moment in time is same as the plug-in arranged after calling that preset is identified, and while continuing the signal processing related to the plug-in arranged in the first slot thereof, assignment of resources for the plug-in arranged in a slot other than the first slot is cancelled.
