PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device and an illuminating device capable of facilitating wiring connection of a plurality of power supply circuits assembled to the power supply device.SOLUTION: A power supply device according to an embodiment comprises: a first power supply module electrically connected with an input power supply to supply power to a first load; a second power supply module electrically connected with the input power supply to supply power to a second load; and a substrate provided with wiring including a first path for electrically connecting between the input power supply and the first power supply module and a second path electrically connecting between the input power supply and the second power supply module and being different from the first path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
