PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a wide ventilation area, and efficiently transmit cold of refrigerant to a cold storage material to enhance the effect of the heat storage material.SOLUTION: In a heat transfer member 30, flow passages T1, T2 in which refrigerant circulates, and a storage space T3 storing a cold storage material are aligned in a flow direction of outside air. The heat transfer member 30 is molded by folding plates C1, C2, C3.
