PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in subject detection accuracy when detecting a subject using a photometric optical device and a photometric imaging device.SOLUTION: A subject is detected using photometric optical devices (a photometric lens 121b and a photometric prism 121a) and a photometric sensor 122. In that case, weighting coefficients Wr, Wg, and Wb are set to areas formed by dividing a photometric area 125 into three by image heights 0-H. Information for detecting the subject is created using the weighting coefficients set to respective wavelength bands according to the areas in the photometric area 125 so as to suppress deterioration in the subject detection accuracy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
