PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus in which a user can easily select an optimum service method, in the case when services available on a radio network are achieved in a plurality of different methods.SOLUTION: A communication apparatus has: service search means for searching a first external device providing a first service which processes transmitted data; service control means for controlling so that the first service is provided; service provision means for providing a second service which transmits data to a second external device, in accordance with a request from the second external device; and mode setting means for setting modes including a first mode in which the service control means is enabled to be controlled so that the first service is provided and a second mode in which the service provision means is enabled to provide a second service. The mode setting means sets the first mode when the first external device is searched and sets the second mode when the first external device is not searched.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
