An IPTV service processing method, an IPTV service platform and system. The method comprises: receiving a service request sent by an IPTV terminal; determining a service type of the service request; and processing an IPTV service corresponding to the service request according to the service type. Through the implementation of the present invention, a user exchanges with an IPTV service platform directly via an interface provided by an IPTV service template of the IPTV terminal (such as a three-screen mobile phone, etc.) so as to complete operations such as account opening, and on this basis, the user can implement self-service at places such as home. In comparison with existing methods in which the user must perform operations at an operator side, the present invention is convenient and simple to use, thereby improving the use experience for the user. |
