PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a program for supporting placement management, for readily supporting placement management for mortar, concrete, etc.SOLUTION: A device 1 for supporting placement management includes first means for displaying a line diagram of a placement section at a placement site on a touch panel 11, second means for displaying a line on the touch panel 11 on the basis of the line input manually on the line diagram of a placement section displayed on the touch panel 11, and third means for generating time information that includes at least lapse time from time of line input for each line.
