PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly add catalyst components slight in quantity and different in viscosity, and to continuously and uniformly mix them by setting an area of a pipe mouth space at a forward-most end of a catalyst component transport pipe to be smaller than that of a resin component transport pipe. SOLUTION: In a mixing device 100, a tip 2a of a binder catalyst component transport pipe 2 is bent in a binder resin component transport pipe 1, a pipe mouth is pierced in the direction to feed the resin component, and a pipe mouth space area (a) at the tip 2a of the catalyst component transport pipe 2 is smaller than a pipe mouth space area (b) of the resin component transport pipe 1. The catalyst component transport pipe 2 is pierced perpendicular to a side of the resin component transport pipe 1 so as to be easily pierced into the resin component transport pipe 1 and to ensure the fixing strength. Since the catalyst component small in quantity and low in viscosity is mixed with the resin component high in viscosity as uniformly as possible, the tip pipe mouth of the catalyst component transport pipe 2 is preferably pierced so as to be located approximately at the center of the resin component transport pipe 1.
