PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously manufacture a metallic tube of high quality provided with a prescribed tube shape. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a storing and feeding device 1 which continuously feeds stored band-like thin metallic plates M, an embossing device 2 which forms a prescribed pattern to the thin metallic plate M under feeding, a tube manufacturing device 3 which forms the thin metallic plate M into a tubular shape with the pattern turned toward the inside and joins both side end edges of the thin metallic plate M, and a winder 4 which winds a completed metallic tube T. An adjusting device 5 which applies a prescribed tension to the thin metallic plate M under feeding is respectively provided among the storing and feeding device 1, the embossing device 2 and the tube manufacturing device 3.
