PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility by preventing flickering of a display screen. SOLUTION: A display timing adjusting part 21 compares completion timing of second timing with completion timing of first display when performing second display output demand in which priority is given to first display output demand after an output demand part 12 performs the first display output demand having display continuing time, and when the completion timing approaches, the completion timing of the first display is matched with the completion timing of the second display.
