PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To test various performances including durability of various displacement sensors in the state of a high temperature or the like or in the state of a low temperature or a constant heat cycle. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a block 3 for installing a test sensor where the test sensor S is installed, a thermostat 2 for forming a constant temperature environment or a constant heat cycle environment by storing the block 3 for installing the test sensor where the test sensor S is installed, an exciter 4 for applying displacement for detected performance evaluation of the test sensor S by vibrating the block 3 for installing the test sensor, a wave director 5 for transferring vibration caused by the exciter 4 to the block 3 for installing the test sensor, a transmission sensor 6 for detecting vibration inputted by the exciter 4, a reception sensor 7 for detecting vibration in the block 3 for installing the test sensor, a measuring device 8 for measuring a sensor output from the test sensor S, and an output adjustment means for compensating by raising a gain of the test sensor output according to circumstances.
