PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device and electronic equipment capable of reducing a circuit area. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes a data driver block for driving a data line, and the data driver block includes a plurality of subpixel driver cells for outputting a data signal corresponding to the image data of 1 subpixel each. When a direction along the long side of the subpixel driver cell and a direction orthogonal to the direction of D1 are set to the directions of D1 and D2, respectively, a plurality of subpiexel driver cells are disposed along the direction of D1 and a plurality of subpixel driver cells are disposed along the direction of D2 in the data driver block. Pads are disposed at the side in the direction of D2 in the data driver block. A rearrangement wiring region for rearranging the array order of a takeout wire in the output signal of the subpixel driver cell is provided at the disposal region of the subpixel driver cell.
