PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow high accuracy superposition of sheets of paper and reliable cutting of continuous paper after lamination into individual pieces by certainly correcting a slippage of the sheets of paper during conveyance, regardless of the increase in paper delivery speed or slippage in paper loading. SOLUTION: The laminator of this invention is composed of a paper supply unit to let the loaded paper one by one out from top side, a paper conveyance unit comprising a pair of nip rollers and various guides, wherein the pair of nip rollers comprises a roller of independent sphere arranged upper side and a back-up roller arranged below the spherical roller, a paper end superposition unit equipped with a guide to press the paper down while forming a step lower than the paper conveyance unit, a lamination unit to laminate papers superposed in their ends and a cutting unit to separate the papers into individual pieces by cutting laminated film ends at the superposed part of the laminated paper.
