PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a television receiver through which a plurality of users select a desired channel among a plurality of channels, and view and listen its program. SOLUTION: A tuner 102 extracts a specific television broadcast corresponding to channel select information among the radio waves of television broadcast. When a plurality of pieces of channel select information are specified; a CPU 107 performs time sharing of the plurality of pieces of channel select information and provides each piece of channel select information cyclically to the tuner 102, and delivers the signal of television broadcast obtained from the tuner 102 to a monitor 20 which specified each piece of channel select information.
