Chain links (2, 3) of the transport chain are made of sintered ceramics. The chain links of the transport chain are connected using a connector (4), which consists of ceramics. The chain links are adapted to the work piece, which can be transported. Slots are formed in the chain links for accommodating the work pieces.</p> |
