PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card holder structure for an automobile having a simple structure capable of improving workability for assembling parts or exchanging parts. SOLUTION: An engaging hole 2a is formed at the back side position in the ceiling wall 24 of a pocket 2, and a member 3 for holding cards is composed of an elastic plate material having an approximately L-shaped cross section and constituted by a fixed plate part 31 fixed to a back wall 23 of the pocket 2 with a screw 4 and a holding plate part 32 almost along the inner surface of the ceiling wall 24 of the pocket 2 in such a state that the lower end edge part is abutted on the bottom wall 21 of the pocket 2. A projection part 32a capable of temporarily holding the member 3 for holding the cards inserted into the pocket 2 by elastically engaging with the engaging hole 2a is formed on the holding plate part 32. A cards holding part 32c of the holding plate part 32 is abutted on the ceiling wall 24 of the pocket 2 with having a predetermined elastic repulsive force by fixing the fixed plate part 31 to the back wall 23 of the pocket 2 with the screw 4.
