摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device that can detect a feature quantity, such as luminance or chromaticity, of a peripheral part of a display surface of a liquid crystal panel and estimate a feature quantity of a center part from the detected feature quantity of the peripheral part of the display surface, a feature quantity measuring device and a feature quantity measuring method for the liquid crystal display device, and a computer program. SOLUTION: A swing sensor 30 attached to the liquid crystal display device 1 detects the feature quantity of the peripheral part of the display screen, an external optical sensor 40 detects the feature quantity of the center part of the display surface, and a correlation table 64 wherein those detected values associated each other is previously stored. In calibration etc., the swing sensor 30 detects the feature quantity of the peripheral part of the display surface and then acquires the corresponding feature quantity of the center part by referring to the correlation table 64. When the detected feature quantity is not stored in the correlation table 64, a feature quantity of the center part is calculated by interpolation such as linear interpolation.
