PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an effective accommodation and management for a small base station.SOLUTION: An accommodation design unit 74 firstly refers to a base station management table TA, acquires an ID and geographical information of each small base station 10, and then grasps each virtual eNB51 state (the permissible number of small base stations) set to a gateway device 50. Referring to the geographical information of each small base station 10 and the permissible number of small base stations for each virtual eNB, the accommodation design unit 74 determines an optimal accommodation destination of a virtual eNB51 for each small base station 10 so that neighboring small base stations 10 are effectively accommodated in one virtual eNB.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
