PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device achieving highly accurate temperature characteristics including frequency drift characteristics at the time of start-up by thermally coupling a temperature sensor outside a package of a piezoelectric vibrator and a lid member made of metal in a thermal state equivalent to that of a piezoelectric vibration element because it is positioned in close proximity to the piezoelectric vibration element, and further to provide an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A surface mount piezoelectric oscillator 1 being a piezoelectric device includes: a piezoelectric vibration element 20; an IC component 30 incorporated with a temperature sensor; an insulating substrate 4 mounted with the element and the IC component; a metal sealing body 8 formed on an end surface of a thick portion where a first recess 3 is opened in the insulating substrate; a lid member 10 being bonded to the metal sealing body and sealing the first recess 3; and a heat conduction member 15 wired to the insulating substrate. The temperature sensor is connected to a neutral terminal 36 in the IC component. The heat conduction member is connected to the neutral terminal, passes through the inside or inner wall of the insulating substrate and extends up to the metal sealing body 8. The temperature sensor and the lid member are thermally connected to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
