FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve industry, specifically to valves with pneumatic control, and is intended for start-up and shut-off of working medium in a wide range of pressures. Valve comprises a body with inlet, outlet pipes and main seat, gate with rod, and a drive. In outlet cavity of body there is sleeve with an inner hole on ribs with a drain channel. In cavity of body on side of drive there is a stepped groove. At end of large diameter of stepped groove of body there is a seat. On side of outlet cavity of body at gate with rod there is a protrusion with a central blind hole. On rod of gate there is a groove and threads. In stepped groove of body there is a piston with a seal, a groove at outer diameter, with central sleeve with an end, with an inner groove and thread. Outer diameter of protrusion of gate with rod interacts with diameter of inner hole of sleeve on ribs of body. Valve rod on groove and thread interacts with central sleeve of piston along inner groove and thread. Outer diameter of central sleeve of piston interacts with smaller diameter of stepped groove of body. Larger diameter of piston interacts with larger diameter of stepped groove of body. Piston seal is in contact with seat of body.EFFECT: use of said unit allows simplifies design, reduces hydraulic resistance and weight as compared to prototype.5 cl, 1 dwg |
