摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge particle beam injection method and a device which are combined with a multi-shaft charge particle radiation treatment for a cancer tumor, for extracting negative ion and converting the negative ion into positive ion.SOLUTION: A negative ion source 310 comprises a negative ion beam source, a vacuum system 330, an ion beam focus lens 350, and/or a duplex accelerator 390. The negative ion source uses an electric field line for focusing the negative ion beam. A negative ion source plasma chamber has a magnetic material 316, the magnetic material provides a magnetic field barrier 317 between a high temperature plasma chamber 314 and a low temperature plasma area. An injection system vacuum system and a synchrotron vacuum system are separated by a conversion foil 395, the conversion foil converts the negative ion into the positive ion. The foil is adhered to an end of a vacuum tube for preparing high partial pressure for the injection system vacuum chamber, and preparing low pressure for the synchrotron vacuum system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
