PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press mechanism.SOLUTION: The invention discloses a press mechanism comprising: a body frame; a drive member; a transmission member which is driven by the drive member; and a die set on which, the transmission member drives a press work. The transmission member manages a transmission shaft driven by the drive member, and an eccentric structure being eccentric to an axial line of the transmission shaft and links to the transmission shat, the eccentric structure has a transmission part coupled to the die set, and the die set is fitted on a guide member which is fixed to the body frame, and the die set can reciprocate along a guide direction of the guide member. The invention converts a circular motion locus on the transmission shaft into a stroke of the die set directly, using a transmission method of a vertical link structure, an intermediate crosslinking unit is eliminated, efficiency is significantly improved. In addition, press can be more precisely performed, an error is small, quality of the acquired product is preferable and stable, a stroke height of a press mold is adjusted by using installation of a minute adjustment member, and precise minute adjustment of the stroke height is achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
