An air heat-insulation panel comprises a core plate (1) and face plates (2) compounded on the surfaces thereof. The core plate (1) is made of inorganic viscose corrugated plate. The face plates (2) are respectively compounded on the upper surface and the lower surface of the core plate (1), then a plurality of air heat-insulation cavities (3) are formed in the core plate (1) and/or between the core plate (1) and the face plates (2). Sealing portions are arranged at two ends of each air heat-insulation cavity (3) to form a sealed air heat-insulation cavity. The air heat-insulation panel has high strength, a long service lifetime, and has a good heat-insulating property, flame retardant performance and aging resistance.
