Provided is a dialysis agent which includes at least magnesium chloride hydrate as electrolytes, and in which each of the constituent components is placed in a container as a single solid component, wherein consolidation and aggregation of the chemical agent are suppressed, and the dialysis agent can be obtained at low cost. Specifically, a dialysis agent which includes electrolytes containing at least magnesium chloride hydrate, and a pH modifier, wherein the ratio between the water content of the entire dialysis agent and the amount of water removed from the magnesium chloride hydrate is less than 118% but at least 7%, the water content of the magnesium chloride hydrate is within a range from 43% to 51%, and each of the constituent components is placed in a container as a single solid component. |
